      1. Mr. Praful Patankar

• Mr. Praful Patankar completed his Bachelor of Law in 1969. He has handled matters related to Labour Law and Indirect Taxation ( Service Tax, Excise, Customs, GST).


• While he renders advice in above matters, he has also represented Clients in litigation matters and has appeared before various courts including the Hon'ble Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, Labour Courts, CESTAT and other Tribunals etc.

      2. Mr. Pushkar Patankar

• Mr. Pushkar Patankar completed his Bachelor of Law from Government Law College in 2002. During his law college days and thereafter he has worked with Desai & Diwanji, a reputed law firm for 2 years.


• He set up his independent practice in the year 2003 and has handled indirect taxation related matters – specifically in the field of Service Tax, Excise, Customs and GST – as well as Corporate Law by rendering advice on issues and also appearing before the Authorities. Thereafter, he has also been associated with reputed Companies in the Service sector and Manufacturing sector for their various requirements and has clients in various diverse fields. He is also engaged in appearance for Clients in litigation matters and arbitrations.


• He has been involved in drafting and vetting of commercial contracts for Companies and also renders advice to Companies regarding commercial transactions.
